Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the residential sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential projects.

• Handle high-value client interactions and close property deals.

• Generate new leads through networking, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.

• Conduct site visits and project presentations for potential buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

• Monitor team performance and provide training to improve sales efficiency.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and market analysis.

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in real estate residential sales.

• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market preferred.
