•Client Advisory and Sales

1. Understand the investment objectives, budget, risk profile and return expectations of clients.

2. Advise HNIs, family offices, companies and individual investors on suitable real estate investment opportunities.

3. Present shortlisted properties with details relating to purchase price, rental income, yield, tenant profile, lease tenure and appreciation potential.

4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and repeat clients.

5. Conduct property presentations, meetings, site visits and negotiations.

6. Manage transactions from lead generation through documentation and closure.

•Property Sourcing

1. Source pre-leased commercial properties, office spaces, retail properties, industrial assets, SCO plots, land parcels and mixed-use buildings.

2.Develop relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, channel partners and institutional landlords.

3. Maintain a verified database of available investment properties.

4. Identify exclusive and off-market investment opportunities.

5. Coordinate with property owners to obtain accurate pricing, lease documents, title details and property information.
