OTA Management Executive
Manage hotel listings across platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, optimize pricing, maintain rate parity, and drive online revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage hotel listings across major OTAs including Booking.com, Expedia Group, Agoda, MakeMyTrip and other distribution channels
• Maintain rate parity and inventory accuracy across all platforms
• Update pricing, promotions, packages, and availability
• Optimize hotel content (descriptions, images, policies, offers)
• Monitor OTA rankings, visibility, and performance metrics
• Manage stop-sell, restrictions, and seasonal rate plans
• Monitor guest reviews and online reputation
• Coordinate with partner hotels on availability and strategy
• Prepare weekly/monthly OTA performance and revenue reports
• Coordinate with OTA market managers for growth opportunities
Reservations Executive
Handle booking enquiries, process reservations, manage guest communication, and ensure seamless booking operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle booking enquiries via phone, email, website, and OTA platforms
• Process reservations, amendments, cancellations, and confirmations
• Maintain accurate booking records and guest profiles
• Coordinate with hotels for room allocation and special requests
• Share booking confirmations and pre-arrival communication
• Upsell room upgrades, packages, and add-on services
• Ensure fast response time and enquiry conversion
• Handle guest queries and service recovery
• Prepare daily pickup and reservation reports
• Monitor booking trends and demand patterns
