Hiring: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager – Home Loan / LAP
We are hiring Relationship Officers / Relationship Managers for Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) sales in Kanakapura Road, Bangalore Urban.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate business through direct sourcing, market visits, DST, DSA and connector networks.
Acquire new customers and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales, sourcing and disbursement targets.
Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Bachelor's degree mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan (HL) / LAP.
Maximum age: 32 years.
Male candidates only.
Valid Driving Licence and own vehicle mandatory.
Candidates should be from nearby/local areas of Kanakapura Road.
Employment gap should not be more than 1 month.
Good communication, customer handling and sales skills.
Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
Salary & Benefits:
₹25,000 – ₹27,000 monthly in-hand
Up to ₹3.5 LPA CTC + fuel & other benefits
