SB Ventures is seeking a results-driven Property Relationship Executive to support our growing real estate operations. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a field-oriented sales environment.
Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to generate new leads
Explain and promote real estate offerings (plots / villas / projects) to prospective clients
Coordinate and attend site visits with interested customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and present solutions accordingly
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and property briefings
Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales cycle
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Maintain basic sales records and submit regular performance and feedback reports
Minimum Qualification: Any graduate / intermediate (degree preferred)
Experience:
Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
Prior experience in sales, real estate, insurance, banking, or field marketing is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic negotiation and persuasion abilities
Willingness to work in the field and meet customers regularly
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Assured monthly support during the training period
