🚨 WE ARE HIRING | RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (RO) 🚨

We are looking for experienced professionals for Relationship Officer – Sales roles in the BFSI / Assets segment.

🔹 Open Positions:

• RO – MSME / LAP

• RO – Housing Loan (HL)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Source quality loan customers through direct market sourcing

• Achieve business targets as per the business plan

• Handle customer acquisition and loan documentation

• Monitor loan portfolio and conduct regular customer visits

• Ensure compliance with bank policies & processes

• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting

• Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Eligibility:

• Graduation mandatory – Any stream

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience

• Strong preference for 2–3 years relevant BFSI experience

• Experience in MSME/LAP, Housing/Mortgage or secured loans

• Direct market/DST sourcing experience required

• Affordable MSME/LAP or Affordable Housing Loan exposure mandatory

• Maximum age: 30 years

• CIBIL up to 700

• Proper Relieving Letter required

❌ Please Note: Fresher, Personal Loan, Credit Card and unsecured-loan-only profiles are not suitable for this requirement.

💰 Compensation: Up to ₹25,000 monthly CTC + Fuel Allowance + Mediclaim + Term Insurance

Salary will depend on experience and last CTC.

Aadhaar, PAN, latest 3 months' payslips/increment letter, current offer letter, experience letter & relieving letter.
