Relationship Manager - Private Equity and Financial Institutions

Relationship Manager-FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS GROUP-CAPITAL MARKET-Sales Relationship Manager- Private Equity (Banking & Financial Institution Group) Ø Originate new business from domestic and international private equity and real estate funds to drive fee income (FX, custody, escrow, CMS) and maintain strong CASA balances. Ø Support origination of private equity–linked financing opportunities and expand the bank’s client portfolio. Ø Manage and nurture relationships with existing private equity, real estate fund, and financial consultancy clients. Ø Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to deepen client engagement and enhance revenue generation. Ø Drive end-to-end transaction execution and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams. Ø Liaise with cross-functional teams including Credit, CAD, Treasury, Custody, Escrow, CMS, and Operations for smooth account management. Ø Oversee ongoing account management activities and ensure timely resolution of client requirements and operational issues. Ø M.B.A from reputed institutes or CA or CFA. Ø Overall work experience in banking and financial services of around 6-10 years with hands-on experience of at least 3-5 years as a business development. Ø Relationship Manager sourcing asset, FX, trade and liability related products. Ø Sound background knowledge of financial sector at large with specific experience of private equity banking and FDI custody segment in particular will be preferred. Ø Sound sales orientation with persistence and drive to break into sticky business. Ø Strong domain expertise with asset, fx, trade and cash management services is necessary Experience Level Mid Level
