Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach. In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to corporates. Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
