Hiring: Relationship Manager – B2B Sales

Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month (depending on experience, previous salary & interview)
Shift: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert new B2B leads and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

• Maintain existing client relationships and generate repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

• Track sales performance, leads, and client interactions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.

• Strong experience in corporate sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Experience in logistics/warehousing will be an added advantage.

• Strong networking and business development skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹90,000/month + Incentives
Salary will be based on experience, previous salary, and interview performance.
