Job Summary
An Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and negotiate sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
Stay updated on new vehicle models and market trends.
Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in automobile sales is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
Knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features.
Valid driving license preferred.
Working Conditions
Work primarily in automobile showrooms or dealerships.
May require outdoor visits and customer meetings.
