🚨 HIRING | RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – FIELD SALES 🚨

Varthana Finance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 1 Relationship Manager for the South Gujarat Territory.

📍 Base Location: Surat
📍 Territory Covered: Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Vapi & Valsad

👉 The selected candidate will be responsible for extensive field travel across the assigned territory.

💼 Role: Relationship Manager – Field Sales

Key Responsibilities
• Meet school owners and educational institutions to generate business
• Visit 8–10 schools daily to promote Varthana's School Loan products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle KYC, documentation, customer verification and loan processing
• Travel extensively across the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly business targets of approximately ₹50 Lakhs

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate with 2+ years of relevant field-sales experience
• Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage / NBFC / BFSI / Secured Loans preferred
• Age below 40 years
• Own 2-wheeler + valid driving licence
• Comfortable with extensive field travel
• Fluent in the local language and familiar with the local market
• Stable career history with a genuine reason for job change
• Good CIBIL score with no overdue above ₹10,000
