Roles & Responsibilities:
On-board and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) partners through tele calling.
Educate POSPs on health insurance products, processes, and sales guidelines.
Drive business generation through POSP partners with regular follow-ups and support.
Resolve partner queries related to products, issuance, login, and documentation.
Achieve monthly B2B POSP activation and sales targets.
Maintain daily MIS, call logs, and partner performance reports.
