Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential podcast guests, including artists, influencers, and industry professionals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with guests and their management teams.
Coordinate podcast invitations, schedules, and shoot arrangements.
Communicate professionally with guests and their representatives.
Follow up regularly to ensure successful guest confirmations.
Support the podcast team in guest management and coordination.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Confident in speaking with artists, celebrities, and professionals.
Experience in relationship management, public relations, artist coordination, or sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
