Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Relationship Manager – Retail Sales to lead customer engagement and drive premium in-store sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in retail sales, customer relationship management, and team coordination, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and assist walk-in customers with a professional and positive approach
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions
Drive retail sales and ensure achievement of monthly targets
Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and follow-ups
