Job Title: Resource Mobilizer (Fundraising Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Resource Mobilizer with proven experience in fundraising to drive financial support for our programs. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to identify funding opportunities, and a passion for connecting donors with meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets.

·        Identify and engage potential donors, foundations, and grant-making institutions.

·        Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, presentations, and donor communication materials.

·        Maintain strong relationships with existing donors to ensure continued support and partnership growth.

·        Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.

·        Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and trends.

·        Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and submit periodic donor reports.

·        Collaborate with internal teams for project insights, budgeting, and impact documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Undergraduate / Graduate

·        Minimum 1 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, or resource mobilization.

·        Strong communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.

·        Ability to build long-term donor relationships.

·        Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience

·        Experience working with NGOs, social impact organizations.

·        Prior success in raising funds from corporate donors or foundations.
