Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers through outbound calls and client interactions
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products and services
• Upsell and cross-sell premium offerings to existing customers
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide guidance related to stock and commodity markets
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Hindi is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Candidates without Hindi must be proficient in at least two South Indian languages
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
