Relationship Manager

· Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership.

· Understand the features, capabilities, and specifications of all vehicles and provide detailed information to potential customers, including comparisons with competitor models.

· Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and recommending the most appropriate vehicle.

· Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.

· Make cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow up with leads and existing customers.

· Source and follow up on customer referrals.

· Answer all customer and lead inquiries accurately.

· Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on suitable purchase options.

· Promote specific products as directed by management.

· Inform customers and leads about current promotions and discounts.

· Develop individual and team sales strategies for better effectiveness.

· Maintain detailed records of appointments, sales, complaints, and status updates for management review.

· Negotiate contracts and sales packages.

· Understand the finance processes and sales accessories processes and coordinate effectively with both teams.

· Make sure vehicle deliveries are carried out on time, ensuring a smooth and punctual experience for the customer.

· Emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction by consistently providing the best service experience.

· Collaborate with all departments to promote harmony and teamwork.

· Organize marketing events to generate customer enquiries.
