Position: Relationship Manager (RM)
Department: Sales / Customer Relationship
Business: NEXA & Maruti Suzuki ARENA
Locations: Ghatkopar West & Mira Road East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Graduation / Diploma
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on profile & experience
Industry Preference: Automobile / Automotive Sales

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our winning team. The RM will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, calls, leads, and referrals.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki vehicles.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and offers.

• Coordinate test drives and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Follow up with customers from enquiry to booking and vehicle delivery.

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM.

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.

• Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

• Develop referral and repeat-business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in automobile sales/customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
