Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer relationship and client interaction professionally.

• Communicate with customers regarding insurance products and services.

• Assist customers in policy-related queries and provide proper guidance.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

• Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.

• Maintain customer database and daily reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) Pass.

• Good communication skills in Bengali/Hindi/English.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
