Job Description:
Source and achieve business targets by generating Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, and Personal Loans through self-sourcing, field sales, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Builders, Chartered Accountants (CAs), Real Estate Brokers, Connectors, Architects, and other channel partners to generate a consistent pipeline of quality loan opportunities.
Deliver exceptional service to existing clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, and generate repeat business and customer referrals through long-term relationship management.
Understand customers' financial requirements, collect and verify documentation, and coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Consistently meet sales targets by maintaining an active sales pipeline, providing regular activity updates
