We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at Hinduja Housing Finance. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹14000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and acquire customers for Home Loan / LAP / Micro LAP / PL / JLG products.
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market surveys to generate leads.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable financial solutions.
• Complete KYC, documentation, and customer onboarding processes.
• Maintain strong customer relations and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing.
• Ensure portfolio quality and reduce delinquencies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
