Responsibilities
Manage relationships with bank branches and customers.
Generate life insurance business through the banca channel.
Work closely with bank staff to generate and convert leads.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Conduct regular branch visits and maintain strong relationships with bank teams.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely policy issuance.
Maintain sales reports and customer records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Sales preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel locally for branch visits.
