JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Industry: NBFC (Payday Loans / Short-Term Lending)

Experience – 6m to 1yrs (NBFC preferable)

Location- Connaught Place

Key Responsibilities

· Handle assigned/generated leads and convert them into successful loan disbursals

· Engage with potential customers, understand requirements, and pitch suitable loan products

· Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, disbursal value, and revenue

· Maintain strong follow-ups to improve lead-to-disbursal conversion ratio

· Collect, verify, and manage customer documentation (KYC, income proof, etc.)

· Coordinate with internal teams (credit, underwriting, operations) for faster approvals

· Track application status and ensure timely loan processing and disbursal

· Cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products to existing customers

· Maintain accurate MIS reports on leads, pipeline, and conversions

· Ensure excellent customer experience to drive repeat business and referrals

· Follow compliance and documentation standards as per company policy

· Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.

· Meet assigned targets for loan disbursement and customer acquisition.

Requirements:-

• Good Communication skills

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• experience in credit underwriting, preferably in NBFCs or fintech

• Qualification= 12th pass or Graduated

• No MTI issue

• NBFC or Payday loan Industry (more preferable)
