Membership Ambassador

Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Bangalore (Based at Client Hotels)

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Membership Ambassador to represent our membership program at partner hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting memberships, engaging with guests, coordinating with hotel teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving membership enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the membership program at assigned hotel locations.
• Promote and enroll walk-in guests and prospective customers into the membership program.
• Collect and maintain potential customer data for future membership outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel guests and existing members.
• Coordinate with hotel teams for reservations, member requests, and service-related queries.
• Support hotel staff by providing guidance on membership platforms, mobile applications, and websites.
• Monitor program performance and effectively communicate insights and value propositions to hotel stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, travel, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills with a confident and professional personality.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with prior experience in hospitality, hotels, luxury retail, aviation, banquets, travel sales, or other high-touch customer engagement roles will be given preference.

Compensation

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall suitability.
