District Relationship Manager – Loans Business

Grade: Assistant Manager

Location: Indore

Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:

§ Responsible for Sales of Loans (Working Capital, Secured Business Loans, Consumer Loans) of Rs 25k to 25 lacs to internal base of customer (Agri Businesses, Manufacturers and Retailers)

§ Ensure Cross selling of other products (Consumer Loans, Wealth, Green Products etc) as advised by the company

Key Skills/Abilities:

§ Understanding of Business Loans (Working Capital and Secured Business Loans)

§ Portfolio Handled : Rs. 2 lacs per Month

§ Mandatory Requirement: Own Bike & Driving Licence; Own Smartphone; Local resident (> 5 Years); Proficient in Local Language; No Loan Default History

§ An Individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in high achievement orientation
