Position: Relationship Manager

About the Role:
Ek reputed bank apni dynamic team ke liye energetic aur customer-focused Relationship Managers hire kar raha hai. Is role mein aapka main focus hoga customers ke saath strong relationships build karna, unki financial needs samajhna aur unko suitable banking products offer karna.

Training Details:
Selected candidates ko 15–21 days ka residential training program attend karna hoga.

• Training duration: 15 to 21 days

• Stay (Accommodation): Bank provide karega

• Food: Fully covered by bank

• Training ke dauran professional grooming aur banking knowledge diya jayega

Key Responsibilities:

• Customers ke saath relationship build aur maintain karna

• Banking products (loans, insurance, investments, etc.) promote karna

• Customer queries aur issues handle karna

• Sales targets achieve karna

• High level of customer satisfaction ensure karna

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 24 years ya usse kam

• Education:

  • Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation

  • Graduation regular college se completed hona chahiye (no distance/open learning)

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

• Customer handling aur sales mein interest

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Convincing and negotiation ability

• Positive attitude & learning mindset

• Basic banking/financial awareness (preferred but not mandatory)
