Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Relationship Manager to handle communication with existing clients regarding their product photoshoot requirements. The role involves coordinating, explaining our services, and assisting clients in scheduling their photoshoots. Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing clients regarding E-commerce product photoshoot services.

• Explain service details, pricing, and process in a clear and professional manner.

• Coordinate with clients for photoshoot requirements and appointment scheduling.

• Maintain client data, follow up on pending queries, and ensure timely communication.

• Share updates with internal teams for smooth workflow and project completion.

• Build positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic understanding of E-commerce product listings is a plus (not mandatory).

• Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain records.

• Quick learner with a positive approach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).

• Freshers are welcome—no experience required.

• Basic computer knowledge.
