Relationship Manager
Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the Direct Channel by building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-centricity, and the ability to achieve assigned business targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Generate business through the Direct Channel and achieve assigned sales targets.
Work on self-generated leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Follow up with customers regularly and address their queries effectively.
Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely support and service to customers.
Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Direct Channel Life Insurance Sales.
Experience in customer relationship management and sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently on self-generated leads.
Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Direct Channel Life Insurance experience is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Direct Channel Life Insurance.
Comfortable working on self-generated leads.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
