Relationship Manager (RM)

• Generate business through direct sourcing and channel partners.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.

• Achieve individual sales and disbursement targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.

• Conduct market visits and generate leads from open market sources.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.

Business Sourcing Channels

DST (Direct Selling Team) | Connector Network | DSA (Direct Selling Associates)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors Degree mandatory).

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or related sectors preferred.

• Strong sales and business development experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Experience Criteria

• RM: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or related Sales Domain
