Job Description – Communication Coordinator (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Communication Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate with sales teams, handle follow-ups, and maintain smooth communication between customers and internal departments in a real estate company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Coordinate with sales teams regarding leads and site visits
Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and follow-up reports
Share property details, pricing, and project updates with clients
Schedule meetings, site visits, and customer appointments
Respond to customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
