Experience Required:

Minimum 1 Year (Direct Sales / Field Sales)

Preferred Industry Background:

Real Estate | EdTech | Insurance (Direct Sales) | Timeshare | Telecom (Postpaid) | Travel / Hotel | Home Loan | Banking | Other B2C Sales Roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through direct customer acquisition and presentations

• Generate self-leads through market research, referrals, and field activities

• Deliver impactful sales pitches and handle customer objections

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Support new members during onboarding / first-time service usage

Mandatory Skills:

• Direct / Field Sales Experience

• Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills

• Fluent in English + Local Language

• Confidence in Client Interaction

• Ability to Work Late Hours and Weekends

Salary & Benefits:

💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus (on target achievement)
