Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to drive sales. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Life, Health, or General Insurance sales and a strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of life insurance products through direct sales and/or channel partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activity.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer retention.

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, servicing, and claims support.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Life / Health / General Insurance sales.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance sector.

• Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory guidelines.

• Experience in field sales, agency/channel sales, banca, or direct marketing preferred

• Graduate in any discipline Preferred
