Relationship Manager - AHF Core Key Result Areas (KRAs) Loan Sourcing & Volume Targets Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for home loan disbursals and login numbers. Drive new customer acquisition through direct field sales, local area mapping, and channel partners. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Channel & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong networks with real estate builders, developers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). Generate referral pipelines and repeat business through active source engagement. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Portfolio & Lead Conversion Qualify leads via initial eligibility profiling and detailed financial needs assessment. Maintain healthy conversion ratios from lead generation to final loan disbursement. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] File Processing & Coordination Collect, verify, and complete initial documentation for borrower files. Coordinate smoothly with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to fast-track approvals and disbursals. [ 1 , 2 ] Compliance & Reporting Maintain daily activity logs, area mapping reports, and sales pipeline updates in prescribed CRM formats.
