Job Description

Relationship Manager_CREDIT CARD_0434_2618_1039594 Graduate in any discipline. Experience in Credit Card sales, Retail Banking, CASA Sales, Personal Loans, or similar financial products. Strong sales orientation with proven track record of target achievement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Acquire new Credit Card customers through open market sourcing, referrals, corporate engagements, and branch leads. Achieve assigned sales targets for Credit Card acquisition and product penetration. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Credit Card variants and value-added services. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Ensure end-to-end management of the application process, documentation, and onboarding. Maintain high standards of compliance, KYC, and process adherence. Build and manage relationships with existing customers to drive card usage and retention. Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, and investment products. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer service resolution. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to maximize business opportunities. Graduate in any discipline. Experience in Credit Card sales, Retail Banking, CASA Sales, Personal Loans, or similar financial products. Strong sales orientation with proven track record of target achievement.
