Realestate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, inbound and outbound calling, referrals, digital leads, and other lead-generation activities.

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Convert qualified leads into property bookings through effective sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maximizing revenue and business growth.

• Coordinate with developers regarding inventory availability, pricing, offers, payment plans, and project updates.

• Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline, daily activities, follow-ups, bookings, and CRM reports.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates for management.

• Ensure a high level of customer service and provide continuous support throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to booking and closure.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, property demand, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, developers, and other stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely closure of customer requirements.
