We are looking for a high-performing Sales Professionals/ Sales Manager who can drive sales growth, build client relationships, and represent our real estate projects with professionalism and confidence. The ideal candidate is ambitious, persuasive, and passionate about achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential buyers through calls, meetings, and site visits.

• Promote residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients.

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the CRM team for documentation and closing formalities.

• Participate in promotional activities, events, and property exhibitions.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and daily activity report.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.

• Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Finance, Luxury Automobile industries may also apply.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
