Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain project details, property features, and ongoing offers to clients.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and maximize conversions.
Update customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and follow-ups.
Required Skills
