We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Telesales Executive to generate leads, handle inbound and outbound calls, and convert prospects into site visits and sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
Explain property details, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure conversion
Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead closure
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
6 month–3 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and calling tools
