About the Role

MVR Signature Space is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with prior experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential buyers for real estate properties.

• Handle customer inquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and schedule site visits.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update customer information.

Requirements

• Real estate sales experience is mandatory (2 months to 2 years).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales and client handling.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
