Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales team by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to site visit. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and highly organized with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements (budget, location, property type, timeline)
• Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, features, and offers
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM/software systems
• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture interest
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign leads
• Track lead status and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Address basic customer queries and escalate complex ones to the sales team
• Ensure a positive and professional customer interaction experience
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic knowledge of real estate processes (preferred)
• Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into site visits
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and calling systems
• Target-oriented mindset
Qualifications
• 12th pass in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales / telecalling / real estate sales support preferred
