The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing leads, explaining project details to potential customers, and qualifying them as per their requirements and budget. The role includes fixing site visits for the sales team, maintaining proper follow-ups, updating CRM records, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and sales managers to support deal closures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for project inquiries
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers to clients
Qualify leads based on budget and requirements
Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers
Update and manage data in CRM
Coordinate with sales managers for lead status and closures
Achieve monthly targets for site visits and lead conversion
