Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose: To handle initial inbound and outbound customer inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the direct sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Respond to inquiries via calls, Whatsapp, and emails to understand buyer requirements (budget, location, configuration).

Pitching & Tele-calling: Conduct outbound pitches to database leads regarding new project launches and configurations.

Site Visit Generation: Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits for the on-site closing team.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate, real-time updates on lead status and follow-ups in the CRM software.

Follow-Ups: Nurture long-term prospects through regular, structured follow-ups.

Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily/weekly talk-time and call volumes.

• Lead-to-site-visit conversion rate.

• CRM data accuracy.
