Job Description

Buybuzz Infra LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, conducting property visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential real estate customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and explain property/project details.

• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with clients.

• Build strong relationships with customers.

• Negotiate and close property sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Coordinate with the internal sales team and management.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in sales.

• Candidates with real estate sales experience will be preferred.

• Own vehicle is mandatory.

• Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Weekly Off: Tuesday

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Location: Gurugram
