We are looking for a Real estate team leader to join our team at at Simona International. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹70000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
• Manage & motivate sales team
• Lead allocation, follow-ups & closures
• Improve site visit & conversion ratio
• Ensure CRM updates & daily reporting
• Handle client escalations & closures
• Train team on projects & sales pitch
• Maintain discipline & performance
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
