Real Estate Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Generate leads through site visits, references, brokers, and marketing campaigns.

• Handle end-to-end sales process from enquiry to closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.

• Conduct property presentations, project demonstrations, and client meetings.

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead conversion.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.

• Ensure timely collections and documentation from clients.

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
