Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
Explain property projects, prices, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
Coordinate with the internal sales and documentation teams.
Stay updated about market trends, competitors, and new property projects.
