Key Responsibilities and Duties

Market Research: Develop competitive market prices by analyzing comparable properties to advise clients on realistic values.
Documentation: Prepare purchase agreements, contracts, leases, and closing statements accurately.
Lead Generation: Proactively find new clients through networking, advertising, and professional relationships.
Showings & Closings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, inspections
