About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Property Acquisition Executive to identify and acquire suitable properties for our expanding Old Age Home and Assisted Living projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in property sourcing, negotiations, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable properties for new old age home facilities.

• Conduct site visits and evaluate properties based on location, accessibility, and feasibility.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants.

• Negotiate lease or purchase agreements and close property deals.

• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and due diligence.

• Maintain a database of available properties and provide regular progress reports.

• Monitor market trends and identify new expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate, leasing, or business development.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of property documentation and real estate processes.

• Willingness to travel for property visits and meetings.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in acquiring properties for healthcare, hospitals, old age homes, hostels, educational institutions, or hospitality projects will be an added advantage.
