Compensation: ₹30,000 / month
Working Days: 6 Days a week (Mandatory weekends; week-offs will be scheduled during weekdays)

We specialize in "Horizontal Living," offering luxury villas, spacious residential plots, and a resort-like lifestyle surrounded by nature. We are looking for an aggressive, highly organized, and client-facing Sales Executive to join our team directly at the site office to drive growth and manage our premium clientele.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & CRM
Promptly call and engage with inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
Log all interactions, follow-ups, and customer statuses meticulously in our internal CRM.
Provide regular, data-backed feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
2. Channel Partner (CP) Expansion & Management
Act as the primary point of contact for our existing, high-performing channel partners and brokers.
Proactively reach out to and onboard strong new channel partners to expand our sales network.
Ensure all CP activities and statuses are tracked and updated within the system.
3. Site Visits & Client Conversion
Host inbound customers at the site office and conduct comprehensive, highly professional site tours.
Showcase the township's development, construction progress, premium amenities (clubhouse, green parks), and the broader vision of the project.
Drive negotiations and aggressively work toward closing sales and achieving targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain active communication with our database of existing and old customers.
Send regular project updates, construction milestones, and community news to keep them engaged and encourage referrals.
5. Event Presentations & Brand Representation
Actively participate in promotional events, channel partner meets, and customer-facing gatherings.
Deliver compelling presentations about Platinum Township to invitees, highlighting our RERA approvals, ROI potential, and luxury lifestyle.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience specifically in the Real Estate sector (experience with premium/luxury projects is a major plus).
Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable using CRM software to track daily activities and maintain a clean sales pipeline.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in both Hindi and English. Ability to confidently interact with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and top-tier brokers.
Commitment: Must be willing to work entirely from the site office and be available on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory working days due to high site-visit volumes).
