Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for residential/commercial property sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct site visits and follow up with clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
For TL: Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales executives.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven track record in real estate or high-value product sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
For TL: Prior experience in handling a sales team is mandatory.
